At the end of each calendar year the Town Council is required to set its draft priorities and draft budget for the next financial year. It prepares a number of documents which assist with planning for the following financial year and beyond.
These are presented to Full Council in January 2020. The draft documents are listed below for you to download, read and comment on prior to the meeting. Please send your comments to townclerk@uckfieldtc.gov.uk by 12 midday on Monday 13 January 2020.
