Uckfield Banking Hub Opens
On Wednesday 26 August 2026, Cash Access UK confirmed that the new Uckfield Banking Hub is officially open and serving the local community.
Offering services from five banking groups, the Banking Hub is funded by Cash Access UK and will be operated by the Post Office.
Earlier this summer, a temporary Banking Hub was installed at the Wealden Volunteering premises. All services that were based at Wealden Volunteering have been transferred with immediate effect to the new permanent Banking Hub.
The permanent Banking Hub is located at the former Santander Bank site on 15 High Street, Uckfield, TN22 1AG.
Opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm each day.
Key Services
The Hub provides a range of essential everyday banking services, ensuring continued access to cash and face-to-face banking support within the community.
Customers can access the following services:
- Cash withdrawals and cash deposits
- Personal & Business Banking
- Balance enquiries
- Bill payments
- Cheque deposits
- Change-giving service for small businesses
Additional Services
In addition, Community Bankers from participating banks will be available on dedicated days throughout the week to provide customers with more specialist banking support.
Unless otherwise stated, the Community Bankers will be on site between 9.00am and 5.00pm.

Tuesday: Barclays
Wednesday: HSBC
Thursday: NatWest (9am – 4pm)
Friday: Lloyds Banking Group
